The problem statement

Life Plus had to handle several domestic worker applications in a single day, and the applicants were supposed to visit the physical Life Plus branch for the same. This resulted in long lines of applicants waiting for their turn at the counters and caused considerable congestion and service-delays. Moreover, verifying the documents of each and every applicant, one-by-one, became a time-consuming task, delaying the entire operations.
